Supplier Code of Conduct

Glow Surfaces (“Glow Surfaces,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to conducting business responsibly, ethically, and sustainably. We expect all suppliers, contractors, and partners (“Suppliers”) to uphold the same standards in their operations and supply chains across the United States and globally.

This Supplier Code of Conduct sets out our minimum requirements.

1. Compliance with Laws
Suppliers must:
· Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and standards in the countries where they operate.
· Uphold the principles of the U.S. Trafficking Victims Protection Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and all relevant labor, environmental, and health & safety legislation.

2. Labour & Human Rights
Suppliers must:
· Prohibit the use of forced, bonded, or child labor.
· Provide safe and fair working conditions.
· Ensure workers are treated with dignity and respect.
· Pay wages at or above the legal minimum and comply with applicable working time regulations.

3. Health & Safety
Suppliers must:
· Provide a safe and healthy workplace.
· Implement appropriate safety procedures, training, and protective equipment.
· Comply with all relevant U.S. health and safety laws, including OSHA standards.

4. Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers must:
· Operate in an environmentally responsible manner.
· Work to reduce emissions, minimize waste, and conserve natural resources.
· Support sustainable sourcing of aggregates and raw materials.

5. Ethics & Integrity
Suppliers must:
· Conduct business with honesty and integrity.
· Prohibit bribery, corruption, facilitation payments, and improper gifts.
· Avoid conflicts of interest in business dealings.

6. Monitoring & Compliance
· Suppliers are expected to maintain accurate records demonstrating compliance with this Code.
· Glow Surfaces reserves the right to request information, audits, or certifications.
· Non-compliance may result in corrective actions or termination of the supplier relationship.

7. Continuous Improvement
Glow Surfaces encourages suppliers to go beyond compliance by innovating in areas such as sustainability, ethical labor practices, and product quality.
